RIM have recently announced a BlackBerry developer fund and a BlackBerry developer conference. Perfect timing for us as (1) we have recently gone live with our first BlackBerry application and (2) our application provisioning platform is now fully BlackBerry compatible.

Our Java version of Palringo is now working on the more recent BlackBerry devices and it is also sporting a new user interface design so go check it out. You can download it by navigating to palringo.mobi in your BlackBerry web browser.
Palringo now has versions for the following mobile run times:
* Windows Mobile
* Symbian S60 3rd Edition
* A wide selection of Java ME devices (Nokia S40 and Sony Ericsson etc)
* BlackBerry (Pearl and Curve families)
Ours friends at Comeks have also ported their main application to the BlackBerry platform and we are provisioning it for them. You can download it by going to st.comeks.com in the BlackBerry web browser.
This entire process required quite a bit of effort and we need to thank Chris from Ten 23 Software, Seppo from Comeks and Enrique for his extremely helpful BlackBerry tutorial.
Update: Having connection problems? Read this.

...and it is looking awesome! congrats. I'm assuming it is using your cool UI lib widgets? Neat.
Thanks Enrique. Yes, it's built using our GUI library.
This is not working on my BlackBerry 8310. It tells me my device is not recognized.
Hi Ronen,
Your device was identifying itself with OS version 4.5 which we haven't certified yet. I have changed the provisioning logic to include this OS version. Let me know how things turn out.
Cheers,
Jason
